For the dressing: In a food processor mix a natural yogurt 0% in fat with the juice of a lime and half a lemon, a bunch of cilantro, a tablespoon of EVOO, two cloves of garlic and a little salt.
The dish: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut a zucchini into strips and place on the tray, also cut three fillets of tofu and place it on the tray as well. Salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Bake for about 15 minutes. Once ready place on a plate, two or three tablespoons of dressing and chopped nuts.
