In a pot with a little EVOO sauté a clove of garlic and a chopped onion. When the onion begins to transparent, add a chopped cabbage and an equally chopped apple. Cover with water, add salt and pepper to taste and let boil for about 20 minutes. Once ready, pass everything through a food processor and if necessary, correct salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a bunch of sprouts of radishes and green peas. You can serve this cold or hot, both options are delicious!
