STEPS TO FOLLOW
Boil the spinach while in a pan with a little EVOO sauté half red pepper, one carrot, about 5 green asparagus and about 6 dates. On the other hand boil two eggs. Once the spinach is ready, pour it into the pan with the other ingredients, mix, add salt and pepper to taste and place next to the two hard-boiled eggs. As a final touch, add a little sesame.
