For the mousse: Mix a crushed avocado with a spoonful of natural cocoa and stevia, mix until creamy and let stand half an hour in the fridge.
For the banana pancakes: Mix a crushed banana (the more mature, the better) with two eggs. Heat a little EVOO in a pan and pour small amounts to make the pancakes over low heat. To decorate I used shredded coconut, mint and a kiwi.
